Our proven training methods can help players of any skill level get better and achieve their basketball goals.
How it works:
Top 3 things that SBI offers that will help players, ideally these are somewhat unique.
1. Performance Through Pain
Only good things come from hard work, at SBI we believe that the harder you work the more good things will happen for you. We create a high intensity environment that will allow you to bring out the best in yourself.
2. Build a solid foundation
We teach the ABC&D's of Basketball:
A-game teaches vision and movement of the ball
B-game Teaches to be shot ready
C-game slow to quick change of direction
D-game Teaches foot work and pivots
We are not worried about winning or losing as much as learning, learning is our priority.
3. The 4 C's
- choices, make good choices on and off the court
- moving out of your comfort zone into the growth zone (there is no growth in the comfort zone)
- communication, communicating all the time on defense and offense
- competing, compete at every drill
TRAINING FEES
- Casual Trainer: Turn up and train, no commitments $30 per session.
- Full Time Trainer : $45 for 2 Session per week. ($30 for the first session of the week and $15 for the second)
- Red Hot Trainer : $55 for 3 Session per week. ($30 for the first session, $15 for the second session and $10 for the third).

SBI are big at looking after families with multiple kids who want to train and get better. We understand that it is not easy to get your kids into sporting programs especially if you have 3, 4 or more kids who want to play.
